I replaced a 14-year old Heil furnace that had a failed heat exchanger with the new Carrier Infinity 96 high-efficiency 80,000 BTU furnace. I am very happy with the furnace and with the installation by KWS Mechanical.
The new furnace runs very quietly (I have to listen for it, or look at the thermostat light to see if it is running). The installation was done neatly and very quickly. The installer came for an inspection Wednesday evening, I confirmed the purchase Thursday morning (having obtained quotes from 3 suppliers/installers on Lennox, Carrier and Rheem), and they arrived Saturday morning to install it. Installation was complete by early afternoon on Saturday. Like it says on the installer's business card, they're "pretty much awesome". The price was also very competitive (nearly $2000 less than a comparable Lennox from another supplier).
